How do I get verified?
Great question! You can book a quick call with our Verification Team who will walk you through the benefits, expectations, and onboarding process towards verification. In the near future, this will be an automated process to enter the verification queue.
What is the value of being verified?
You will not only be listed at the top of PropertyManagement.com (the premier domain in this industry) which automatically adds credibility from an owner's perspective, you will also have the advantage of receiving direct leads from the site that is not possible for non-verified accounts. In addition to that external advantage, you will also receive an objective and third party evaluation of your business that we hope provides a ton of value for your internal processes as well.
What does the verification process entail?
You will meet with a member of our Customer Success team to gain access to your current operations tools in order to find the right data points for your verification. This data is yours not ours and it is only used for evaluation purposes.
How many verified accounts will be in each market?
We want to reward the best in the market. It varies on size of market and quality of property management companies in said market. There is an obvious unique benefit to being one of the first to be verified in an individual market, so what are you waiting on?
What do I owe PropertyManagement.com?
We are not "pay to play" like other platforms in this space. All property management companies will pay a small annual fee each year to cover our costs for the verification process. From there, it is a merit based system and we only get paid if you get quality leads.
