In addition to that external advantage, you will also receive an objective and third party evaluation of your business that we hope provides a ton of value for your internal processes as well.

You will meet with a member of our Customer Success team to gain access to your current operations tools in order to find the right data points for your verification. This data is yours not ours and it is only used for evaluation purposes.

We want to reward the best in the market. It varies on size of market and quality of property management companies in said market. There is an obvious unique benefit to being one of the first to be verified in an individual market, so what are you waiting on?
